Ingredients:

500 g whole wheat flour
300 ml of warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
25 g of fresh yeast or 1 envelope of dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt

preparation:

To make whole wheat bread, place the flour with the salt in a bowl
Make a hole in the center and add the water, olive oil and crumbled yeast.
Mix and knead to form a homogeneous dough.
Cover it with a cloth and let rise until doubled in volume (30 min – 1 hour).
When ready, flour a baking dish and the workplace.
Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it according to the breads you want to make.
Shape it without squeezing the dough.
Place them on the oven plate, cover them with a cloth and let them rise until they double in size (30 min. Approx.).
Heat the oven to 220ºC. Before putting the loaves in the oven, make some cuts with a knife without squeezing and bake them until they brown
